This is my personal Rant and Opinion page, now I'm not going to be "Firing Off" half cocked per se'. Although to most this would certainly seem too be the case! However!, there are plenty of subjects that need to be addressed in a Stark, or Frank manner. So all of those who are Atheist, Gnostic, or just to self absorbed to care, I say if you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen, and do what you do best.......TURN TAIL AND RUN!!!  So I do openly state here and now!.

 Just like its stated in that Movie Network, "I'm mad as Hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore"! There is a hugely gross misconception in America today that because someone is a Christian, that said Christian does not have a right to defend themselves in ANY FASHION!  That we Christians points of view are null and void, the moment we offer up our personal opinion (just like anybody else) it seems that all of a sudden we are being accused of shoving our religion down everyone's throats, for the crime of having a different point of view. With a vastly different set of values.

We are Instantly vilified, and ridiculed. Oddly enough by the same self absorbed "Liberal" people who have for decades bragged about their "Intellectual open mindedness" they are now the very Attack dogs that spew venom by the bucket full at Christians, just because we have a differing opinion. Freedom of speech doesn't apply to Christians anymore! (So much for being "Open minded"!). Those oh so few Brothers and Sisters that do bravely stand up for GOD and themselves, all of a sudden get the ole "Oh no!, I'm not condemning you" back peddle routine, while in the same breath these (allegedly) academically open minded people will then Immediately switch to "Over Intellectualizing" the issue on the unsuspecting Christian, knowing they will score a direct and solid broadside with their change of tactics. Or most often, those secular attack dogs that just explode with barely controlled rage at the startled Christian because they dared to differ from "them" while standing upon GOD's Righteous Word, and mostly for just mentioning the name of Christ Jesus!

Without ever pointing an accusing finger at anyone!, I know, been there done that, and seen it first hand!

I only include this as a good example of what I was just talking about. Its obvious to me that we can add "Freedom of Expression" to the list of Christians Civil Rights Violations.

So too all of you who think that your intellect is so Superior because of your Higher(?) Schools of learning, and oh so Solidly grounded Intellect(?), and to your "Molded" dogma which drives your misplaced "Convictions", and for those of you who will protest all things and anyone Christian, but will scream from the rooftops for Islam and their Koran, and for those of you who feel that Illegal Immigrants deserve full "Constitutional Rights", and for those of you who will kick and scream about "prejudice" in not just Amerika, but the World!....... here's a little news flash for you.

You yourselves are more prejudice than you could possibly imagine!, Your hypocrisy knows no bounds!!! Did you ever stop to think for one minute that those "Hallowed" halls of higher learning that you cherish so much were lying to you!??? Did you ever stop to think (slight intended!) that they might have their own agenda? Are you so sure that you were exposed to ALL of the Information? in an unbiased and fair manner? So you  could fully draw a truly "Informed" and "Educated" conclusion and opinion! Those of you who Vehemently defend abortion with the Grossly selfish and "Uneducated" view that a fetus at 11-14 weeks is not Human are only lying to yourselves! Because guess what?, there are actually "Secular" Doctors that say the baby IS HUMAN! Yes these babies do feel pain, Yes they do feel Fright, Horror, Danger! Yes they have viable Brain waves!, Yes they have fully functioning Circulatory and Respiratory systems.

This absolutely slays me! Because if anybody will take the time to notice, its these very same Elitist minded Intellectuals that are now screaming for the US tax payer to intervene via the US Government in the Darfur tragedy and save all those poor children. Are the very same people who staunchly defend "Abortion Rights" the rights of tree's and the rights of Owls!, but look the other way while we in this country commit genocide daily. All TRUE Christians are actually peace and non violence oriented, as is our Master Christ Jesus. So am I the only one who can't understand?, why there are two "opposing camps" which actually strive to bring about the same thing the end of wrongful Death and Murder in the world and to preserve life. You would think that we all would be working together! NOT against one another!!! This absolutely makes no sense what so ever! Imagine what we could accomplish together!!! And yet there actually is some "Good News" (Gospels) for people! Maybe its the simplicity of the Lords word that baffles and confounds? Or maybe its that HIS promise just seems to good to be true? But by Repenting and asking for forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ, and accepting him as Savior its as if one NEVER SINNED to begin with!!! A clean Slate! That's the promise of GOD!

Is this really such a hard "Concept" to wrap ones head or heart around?

Here is a rewrite from an Interesting publication called Scoopified, this article is from their Winter 2007/08 Edition which was given to me by a Co worker. I was most Impressed to see the varied scope of their quest to expose the truth and depth of deception that engulfs us in Amerika. May they continue to publish and be successful! Now on to the Article Which is titled :

Unlawful Home Foreclosures

The following is an exact copy of their article, which also can be found on my Federal Reserve page. And I quote:

Some readers may recall reading how Jerome Daly achieved widespread attention over 20 years ago when a trial was held in the Court of Credit River Township in Minnesota, that  prevented a bank from seizing and selling his home because he was delinquent on some mortgage payments. Daly's defense was that the Bank had not lent him any actual money, but had simply created "credit" on his books by the Technique of Fractional Reserve Banking; and that, therefore, since nothing of value had been advanced by the bank, it was not entitled to seize an asset consisting of real estate as a forfeiture.

Banks do not lend money deposited by their customers. The president of First National Bank of Montgomery, MN, which is a member of the federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, admitted that the Bank created money and Credit upon its own books by which it acquired or gave as consideration for the note; that this was standard banking practice; that the credit first came into existence when they created it; and that he knew of no United States Statutes  which gave them the right to do this. A jury of farmers sided with Daly, and he retained his property. The Minnesota Trial Court  declared the Federal Reserve Act, the National Banking Act and the Mortgage extended to Daly by the Bank, along with the foreclosure and the Sheriffs sale to be unconstitutional and void. The Bank did not appeal!

For decades, the courts, the Fed and the politicians have kept this burning issue under wraps. But now that foreclosures have become quite common, especially among farmers, there is a concerted movement to prevent the seizure of property. An increasing number of citizens whose property has been sold at sheriffs auctions are still occupying them, pending the outcome of lawsuits which have been filed against the banking institutions for fraud because of violations of the Truth in Lending Act and other very significant reasons.

We learn, for example, that Barbara Jasso of Michigan was still occupying her property sold by the sheriff 14 months previously. Frank Vernoffs family in Alabama was still operating its farm which was auctioned in the same manner more than a year later. Both have filed suits and no eviction seems possible while these are pending. They are demanding  jury trials, and must under the law, be given the benefit of these. Jerry Wright of Colorado has filed a 100 million suit against the bank and the Farmers Home Administration, charging them with fraud. Wrights property was sold at auction. But he is still operating it, pending the outcome of his litigation. Many other suits have been and are filed. Not one has come to trial and no one who has taken such action has been evicted. The banks fear such trials, which is not difficult to understand.

These are the principle charges being leveled against the banks; Since no actual money has been lent, they are in Violation of Art. 1, Sec. 10 of the U.S. Constitution. Federal Reserve Notes are NOT dollars, and Congress has no jurisdiction to authorize the Federal reserve to create such or issue bills of credit. Since the banks never lent any real money at all, but merely advanced credit out of nothing on their books, they have no right seize any real estate. Curiously enough, the courts, including the highest, have declared on numerous occasions that "credit" money is not lawful currency. And thereby hangs a crucial issue which must eventually be resolved. If enough people reject banks' bogus claims on their property the monetary system in the United States will have to be returned to pre federal reserve status to meet congressional requirements.

The banks have now loans so created totaling over 2 Trillion, on which they collect more than 200 Billion a year in Interest. Thus we find that over 90% of our "money" in existence is only check book or debt money. Banks are insatiable parasites that feed on all of us by incessantly generating more and more inflation that keeps reducing the purchasing power of our currency. They thrive by being allowed to steal from the entire Nation.

Obama's troubling Internet Fund Raising:

Certainly the most Interesting and potentially devastating phone call I have received during this election cycle came this week from one of the Obama's campaign Internet geeks. These are the staffers who devised Obama's Internet fund raising campaign which raised in the neighborhood of $200,000 million so far. That is more than twice the total funds raised by ANY candidate in HISTORY--- and this was all from the Internet campaign.

What I learned from this Insider was shocking but I guess we shouldn't be surprised that when it comes to fund raising there simply are no rules that can't be broken and no ethics that prevail. Obama's Internet campaign started out innocently enough with basic e-mail networking, lists saved from previous party campaigns and from supporters who visited any of the Obama campaign web sites. Small contributions came in these sources and the Internet campaign staff were more than pleased by the results.

Then, about two months into the campaign the daily contribution intake multiplied. Where was it coming from? One of the web site security monitors began to notice the bulk of the contributions were clearly coming in from overseas Internet service providers and at the rate and frequency of transmission it was clear these donations were "programmed" by a very sophisticated user.

While the security people were not able to track most of the sources due to fire walls and other blocking devices put on these contributions they were able to collate the number of contributions that were coming in seemingly from individuals but the funds were from only a few credit card accounts and bank electronic funds transfers. The Internet Service Providers (ISP) they were able to trace where from...Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other middle eastern countries. One of the banks used for fund transfers was also located in Saudi Arabia.

Another concentrated group of donations was traced to a Chinese ISP with a similar pattern of limited credit card charges.

It became clear that these donations were very likely coming from sources OTHER THAN AMERICAN VOTERS. This was discussed at length within the campaign and the decision was made that none of these donations violated campaign financing laws.

It was also decided that it was not the responsibility of the campaign to audit these MILLIONS of contributions as to the actual source (specific credit card number or bank transfer account numbers) to insure that none of these Internet contributors exceeded the legal maximum donation on a cumulative basis of many small donations. They also found the record keeping was not complete enough to do it anyway.

This is a shocking revelation.

We have been concerned about the "legality of bundling" contributions after the recent exposure of Illegal bundlers  but now it appears we may have an even greater problem.

I guess we should have been somewhat suspicious when the numbers started to come out. We were told (no proof offered) that the Obama Internet contributions were from $10.00 to $25.00 or so.

If the $200.000.000 is right, and the average contribution was $15.00,  that would mean over 13 million individuals made contributions? That would also be 13 million contributions would need to be processed. How did all that happen?

I believe the Obama campaign's internet fund raising needs a serious, in depth Investigation and audit. It also appears the whole question of internet fund raising needs investigation by the legislature and perhaps new laws to ensure it complies not only with the letter of these laws but the spirit as well.
